Why are we continually put into categories?

Does it make people feel more secure?

I don’t think so.

Does it take away individuality?

I think so.

I find it offensive when you see articles that say now that you are over 40!

Truly ridiculous.

I have commented on this before that it is a very small window between 20’s and 40’s.

At this age women are finding their way and then they have that dumped on them that they are going to suffer from 40 onwards. Really!!!!

Of course there are changes, but that is life.

Nature and the whole damn thing.

We need to embrace all aspects of ourselves.

Not get thrown on a heap!

We need to stand up and say this is rubbish!!!!!!

Because you have a few lines on your face does that make you toxic, irrelevant and invisible?

No way.

I would say that some women are repelled because they see their future.

So much good work comes from women over a certain age. They have more freedom to express themselves and are not wasting endless amounts of energy on “does my bum look big in this”.

It is a personal responsibility to make the most of what we have.

That goes for any age.

It is probably correct to say that there has been a separation for humanity as a whole. We see it all the time in the media.

Consciousness is changing, however chaotic it is at the moment.

Stand firm.

Do the best you can from where you are.” (Not my original words.)

Come on women … do your stuff.

Resist the constant barrage of information that continually tells you, basically that you are not good enough.

That is the underlying energy of it.

Let’s get rid of those categories and embrace all stages of the experience.
